Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
- Item must not show signs of wear or use
- All accessories and free gifts must be returned with the item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized items
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please pack your item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship the package to the address provided by our team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
